Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and White Glove delivery.
- Delivery time frames vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- White Glove Delivery: 7-14 business days (includes in-home delivery and assembly)
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
- International shipping is available for select products. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Carriers
- We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.
- Our primary carriers include UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture delivery services for larger items.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.
- International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
White Glove Delivery
- White Glove Delivery includes in-home delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice.
- This service is available for select items and locations. Additional fees may apply.

- Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping charges or limitations based on delivery location.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material.
