Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and White Glove delivery.
  • Delivery time frames vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • White Glove Delivery: 7-14 business days (includes in-home delivery and assembly)
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
  • International shipping is available for select products. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.
  • Our primary carriers include UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture delivery services for larger items.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.
  • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

White Glove Delivery

  • White Glove Delivery includes in-home delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice.
  • This service is available for select items and locations. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping charges or limitations based on delivery location.
  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material.
